Organised not great with class split into two groups and our group just left to wait for over an hour until our turn. Then the class, the dough was done already, there was no toppings outside of cheese, tomato and basil and the guy did the oven. So not much to do and not that much learnt.

Thank you so much for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. I completely understand your frustration, and I want to sincerely apologise for the aspects of the class that fell short.
To provide some context, on the day of your class, we had two additional guests who mistakenly showed up on the wrong date. We wanted to accommodate them, but since the class was already fully booked, it meant we had to split the group to ensure that everyone had enough space and a comfortable experience in the kitchen. I understand that this may have felt disorganised, and I’m really sorry for any inconvenience it caused. Our host did mention the split to the group, but I realise that it may not have been clearly communicated or ideal in terms of the overall flow of the class.
Regarding the ingredients, you had purchased our Pizzaiolo in Training package, which focuses on making the classic Margherita pizza. As part of this, we provide only the ingredients for a Margherita—tomato sauce, basil, and cheese. If you were hoping for more custom toppings, our Pizzaiolo Grande package would have been the best fit. I apologize if this wasn’t clear in advance.
Additionally, the dough-making process is not included in the Pizzaiolo in Training class, as adding this would extend the class time to 3-4 hours. However, our chef is always happy to explain the dough-making process and answer any questions you might have. I’m really sorry if this wasn’t communicated clearly before the class began.
